The Orthos PIL is an interlock that combines two doors, one inside and one outside, in a capsule-shaped housing. The interlock ensures that these two doors do not open simultaneously except in emergencies. Authentication is performed at the outer door to enter the housing, and re-authentication is conducted inside the housing to enter through the inner door. During this process, it checks that there is only one authenticator inside the housing. It is a system that allows entry after passing through multiple checks, including passive sensors, floor mat sensors, and weight sensors. It is ideal for building security in facilities that require high security, such as nuclear power plants, military facilities, financial institutions, various research laboratories, data centers, and airports. It can be combined with domestic and international access control systems, card readers, biometric authentication readers, and more.
